Our products may be made using 3D printing technology and may be produced individually or on a made-to-order basis.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, colours, images and other information accurately.

Because our products are 3D printed and may be finished or prepared individually:

- Minor variations in colour, texture, layer lines and surface finish may occur.

- The actual product may have slight differences from photographs shown on the website.

- Measurements may have minor manufacturing variations.

- Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

- Small marks or layer lines associated with the 3D-printing process may be present.

These variations do not necessarily indicate a manufacturing defect.

3. Product Availability

Product availability may change without prior notice.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and may offer an alternative, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making a request to purchase the selected product.

An order will be considered accepted after payment confirmation and/or order confirmation from Figures & Arts World.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in circumstances such as incorrect pricing, product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or other genuine operational reasons.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the applicable amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

All product prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes or other charges, if any, will be displayed during the purchase process where applicable.

7. Made-to-Order Products

Made-to-order products may require additional processing time because they need to be printed, finished, inspected and packed before dispatch.

8. Custom Orders

For customised products, customers are responsible for providing accurate information, images, names, text, dimensions, colours and other specifications.

Once production of a customised product has started, cancellation or modification may not be possible.

Custom products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are received damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer rights.

Cancellation may be possible only before the product has entered production or dispatch.

For made-to-order or customised products, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.

Any eligible refund will be processed according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather, holidays, logistics issues and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide:

- Order number

- Clear photographs of the package

- Clear photographs/videos of the product

- Description of the issue

We may request additional information to verify the issue.

Where the issue is confirmed as our responsibility, we may provide an appropriate resolution such as replacement, repair, refund or another suitable solution, subject to applicable law.

12. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Products that are personalised, customised or made specifically according to customer requirements may have different return eligibility, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.

13. Product Care

Customers are responsible for using and maintaining products appropriately.

3D-printed PLA products should generally be kept away from excessive heat, direct high temperatures and unsuitable environments that may deform or damage the product.

Figures & Arts World is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, excessive heat, accidents, modifications or normal wear and tear.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website content, brand name, logo, photographs, product descriptions, graphics and original artwork used by Figures & Arts World are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially use our original website content, photographs, branding or artwork without our permission.

If you submit photographs, artwork, text or other content for a custom order, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to provide that content to us.

You are responsible for ensuring that your submitted content does not unlawfully infringe the rights of another person or organisation.
